Listing Input
Getting a listing into the MLS, accurate and compliant. Gold covers the core paperwork; Platinum takes it live, schedules the photos, and follows the listing through to expiration.
Contract to Close
From accepted offer to closed file. Choose the side of the deal to see exactly what each plan covers.
Termination
Not every deal makes it to the table. When one falls through, we unwind the file cleanly and put the listing back on the market, at no charge, on either side.

When you are approaching the inspection deadline, you will know. When it is time to schedule the final walk-through, we will remind you. Most importantly, you will get paid, because all of your paperwork will be compliant before closing.
