The math that decides it
The $450 file fee is ours; the rest is yours. Put in last year’s numbers and the decision tends to make itself.
These are rough estimates meant to give you a general sense of the trade, not exact figures. We assume about 15 hours of admin per transaction and value your time by what you actually earned last year.

Every service comes in two tiers. Gold covers the essentials and protects your commission. Platinum runs the whole file, start to finish. Pick per transaction, and mix and match however the deal calls for.
